When you sell/quit your startup, you have this sense of unease telling other people that you’re now going to get a job.
Truth is, when you move from a founder’s life to an employee’s life, your life gets a lot easier depending on the company you choose to work at. Getting a job can even be treated as a break/retirement in that regard.
Only a few people are lucky enough to get a job and yet, think they are living a life of retirement. All because they risked everything to jump onto the other side of the fence in the first place.
Sadly, the grass wasn’t greener for them on the other side in the given season but they’ll now keep peeking over the fence until they’re ready to make the jump again.
