How does one form a tech startup on day 1 with 10+ co-founders successfully?
This kind of practice sounds weird in the present day after listening to too much Peter Thiel or Sam Altman. But, Alibaba was a result of this practice with Jack Ma being the most unconventional CEO ever, as you could take a guess from his debate with Elon Musk.
It probably all depends on whether the 10+ co-founders were brought together by the motive of purpose or by the greed for profit or an unbalanced mixture of both, that is, more purpose, less profit.
Using new ways to do the common always feels uncommon.
