It doesn’t make anyone any less of an entrepreneur if they decide to get a job and still pursue their business idea once in a while. Not everyone has the financial standing or the absence of responsibilities to go all in on a business idea.
The core understanding is that you don’t have to call yourself as an employee OR an employer based on your commitment hours. There’s room for everyone to live in the AND.
You can be an employee AND an employer.
